My career has taken resilience, energy and focus with success and challenges throughout especially from an ethnic lens. I use my broad experience to overcome challenges and provide insight and support; I thrive in helping individuals and teams to successfully navigate obstacles and empower them to reach their business objectives and goals.
I’ve delivered presentations internationally for increased ethnic representation at all levels of the organisation. I’ve coached C-suite personnel to highlight their responsibilities. I’ve mentored graduates and managers held 121 exchanges and advised on best practices to address this imbalance.
